This is a clip from my current personal film. I aim to finish it in the next month.
At work I was given the assignment to direct a studio collaborative project.
I'm super excited about this book a friend wrote. This is the first book I've ever illustrated.
Here is an ad I conceptualized, wrote, and art directed for The Productive. Our strategy was about networking. More than a few times I've been offered a recommendation simply by being in the same room as a fellow artist too swamped to take on more work. There's something to being physically present that keeps you on people's minds. Which is a significant part of networking as a freelancer.
I'm working out a video that needs a continuously moving camera. These are a few thumbs. Thought I'd spin some tunes. That looks like Joy Division and We Were Promised Jetpacks.
Here is my set up at work. On the top screen are a few designs I've been playing around with. The bottom screen is my cintiq. Our stations are all named after super heros. My computer is Human Torch, so I designed a little wallpaper to match it. One more thing. That Hamtaro toy is my little work buddy. He has been following me since my first real professional gig in 2003.
I'm finally making a film I wrote 6 years ago. It's a simple little story, so I hope not to give too much away. The little girl I've drawn is my main character. She's about 2 or 3 years old and at the beach. My influences with this piece are Winsor Mccay and Maurice Sendak.
This is another film for LASS. The Ladies Animation Short Screen. The screening is in November, but I hope to finish early this summer.
